Our operations are governed by well-defined policies, ensuring transparency and reliability in our services.

Upon form submission, reviewing the Terms and Conditions, and utilizing our services, customers are required to adhere to all stipulations outlined. Non-compliance with our terms and conditions may result in unfavorable consequences.

Key Terms:

  • Request Status: Indicates the progress of a specific demand stage.
  • ‘Revision’: Refers to a modified version of the original Product submitted by the Client.
  • ‘Support’: Constitutes part of the Company’s ongoing framework, providing essential assistance and coordination in the Order process.
  • ‘Quality Assurance Department’: Represents the segment of the Company’s organizational structure responsible for monitoring and assessing the quality of Products and services rendered.
  • ‘Verification Process’: A procedure mandated from the Client to confirm their billing identity to prevent fraud.

Payment Policy:

We prioritize online banking or credit card payments, while other methods are not preferred. Rest assured, our payment method is secure and safeguarded.

Privacy Policy:

At Pro Exams Helpers, safeguarding students’ privacy is paramount. Information transmitted on our website is subject to our posted Privacy Policy. This policy applies to the data we collect from the website, primarily for communication purposes. We employ highly encrypted protocols to secure both students’ and tutors’ information.

Tutoring Plans and Procedures:

Using their login credentials on our website, students can schedule tutoring sessions. A list of qualified tutors available based on the student’s grade and selected subject will be displayed. Once a tutor is selected, the next six weeks’ availability will be shown.
Subject to the learning package’s expiration date and remaining credits, students can schedule up to 5 sessions in advance as per their requirements.
Availability of specific teachers for particular dates and times cannot be guaranteed; sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Students are encouraged to schedule appointments well in advance to increase their chances of success.
Sessions can be postponed or canceled on the website up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling or canceling sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice is not permitted.
Failure to show up for a scheduled session without prior notification constitutes a “no-show.” If a student has two or more “no-shows” within a month, their ability to schedule advance sessions may be restricted for the following three months.
Students must sign up for a scheduled session on the website at least five minutes before the start time. The tutor will wait for up to ten minutes before ending the session.
If Pro Exams Helpers needs to cancel or postpone a scheduled session due to technical or operational issues, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the student promptly and offer alternatives if necessary. If the student is unable to reschedule within seven (7) days, they have the right to request a full refund of previously paid fees for the canceled sessions.
